Bradford L. Woo is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, an adoption professional certified by the State of California, and an ordained Presbyterian minister.

Dr. Woo was formerly associated with ACCEPT Adoption & Counseling Center since 1992, and is now associated with Adopt International & Domestic Services.  He is highly experienced in the area of international adoptions. Dr. Woo has helped many, many Bay Area families complete adoptions safely and successfully from China, Russia, Guatemala, India, Taiwan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Japan, Vietnam, and other countries around the world.

He is available for free consultations to provide education on the adoption process, qualifications and costs, and guide you in all the details of international adoption. He is approved by the State of California, in conjunction today with Adopt International, to provide adoption Home Studies and all required post-placement services.

Dr. Woo also sees individuals, couples or families in non-adoption-related counseling or psychotherapy.  Dr. Woo is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY 15627) in private practice who has been counseling individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years.   He is also able to provide formal Psychological Evaluations for individuals as needed.  Appointments may be made by calling Dr. Woo at any time. 

As a Presbyterian minister, Dr. Woo is also available for pastoral counseling, weddings, funerals, preaching, Christian education programs or consultations with local pastors on any aspect of congregational life or related pastoral counseling needs.
